Lots of variative levels with elements enemies and area types but so little character that actually decent to fit for level types and enemy elements, recruits keep giving the same characters because there are not so much characters in the game, i understand this is a gacha game that you need to get lucky to get the good characters, but at least please add more 2* or 1* characters so it's easier to find a character that fits for levels type.
Very fun game, combat reminds me of Azur Lane. I have had almost no bugs and when I did get them they where hardly worth noting. Now rates, they seem harsh BUT I am use to having up to 5 stars, having 3 stars be rare is odd to my brain, so from how I feel, the rates are fine. Now the story, I like it.. I mean it seems good, I have not found an unlikeable thing about it. I have had some problems leveling up but that may be because I am playing 3 games at the moment. Thanks for this fun game
Pros: Cute characters, cute stories and amazing visuals. Cons: AI needs to be improved (backline attackers rushing in front of tanks, or not using cover even though it's next to them). Upgrading needs balancing (high upgrade material cost low drop rate). And gacha... Either increase the drop rate or let us keep the recruitment points rather than converting it.
I will say from my experience, the game is astronomically fun! It holds cute and charming characters, and an upbeat soundtrack, especially if you are into Future Bass! Along side its charming illustrations, the story itself is captivating and gets your attention, wanting to learn more of its lore! I would recommend it is worth a try! Only thing I would hope an improvement on, is the 3 star gacha rates. Although they are not terrible, it may be of concern once the character pool expands.
Despite the censorship fiasco, the grinding, and the PvP AI, the one thing that has me invested to this point is the L2D via relationship stories. The gacha rates are still abysmal, but I think with enough grind, events, and free pyroxenes they give out due to updates, you can stockpile quite the amount, you just have to do it smart.
Editing this review to add some more feedback. I play this daily, it's a lot of fun and I'm so grateful they brought it to global. If I were to rate this game on pure potential it'd easily be a 5. The art is gorgeous, the gameplay is fun, the writing is entertaining, skip tickets are unlimited, and the devs are generous. That being said, it has its issues: 1. Equipment drop rates are awful - you'll spend hundreds of energy to only get a single drop of gear (mainly t3-t5).That's not right considering how many characters there are to gear, the hefty requirements of said characters, and how little energy we get daily. 2. Lack of content - this is definitely a side game but since everything but PvP can be finished instantly with skips, you can do everything for the day in <5 minutes. I love this game and want to play it more. Please add more modes so there is more to do on a daily basis! 3. Banner rates feel really, really bad - rate up characters hardly have any drop priority, and with the spark at 200, you can easily dump your entire pyroxene stash on a single character. 4. PvP is straight up terrible - it's all on auto and can't be controlled so the AI makes their typical dumb decisions and costs you the win more often than not. It's actually painful to watch, to the point where some people start a match and reboot the game so they don't have to. On top of that, the PvP rewards aren't worth it, so the mode is almost skippable entirely. 5. Censorship - devs promised they wouldn't do this and that it's not their fault, but that's hard to believe. It's a slippery slope and sucks to see happen to my favorite game. All that being said, I love Blue Archive and want it to succeed, but it could go either way depending on how the devs handle things. Bonus feedback: - Please add more character interactions! They're the best part of the game and it sucks when their momo talks are done.
Honest opinion about the game itself. It's really great. The gameplay is simple yet it keeps you engaged because auto sucks at using skills for those crucial or clutch moments. The art feels very vibrant and full of life. Now the music/soundtrack. This is what introduced me to the game, even more so than the art that were independently created by other artists. Very upbeat and also motivating and makes me want to go for a jogging in the morning. Now for the reason why I gave it a 1-star. Nexon broke their promise about not altering any illustrations and just bent their knees to these "external requests" to censor. The on-going drama right now that is Alice being censored is what caused for the fanbase, especially the global players, to review bomb the game and why it's at such a low rating right now for such a well-made game. This censorship will not only stop at Alice but to other future content as well. I honestly don't know why Nexon are listening to these external requests, they are not even the ones consuming the product, why do they get to have a say in this but not the fanbase itself? I hope Nexon does not listen to these "external requests" anymore and actually listen to the ones that is playing the game.
This game is pretty fun until current end game. End game is still 'fun' but it relies on events and total assault raid mode. Once you are at end game, it is a daily mission quick farm while building up your dorm and/or overall level. Think of Princess Connect with a different setting. If you are f2p, gacha will be rough but you will want to concentrate on bond levels and 3 starring your levels for gems. Luckily, they brought forward the gacha QoL at least. PvP is terrible for the most part.
Really like this game, been waiting for it months before launch. Well designed, nice music, nice systems overall... Except gacha rates are terrible. Averaging about 180 pulls to get a 'featured' unit - 200 and you hit pity. This game already has censorship issues which makes it lose appeal - the greed is real which kills it for me. I can easily spend 200 a week on games like AL because I feel I get value for it... But I can't say the same for Blue archive

Love the character designs (visually as well as personality wise), l2d, gameplay as well as the easy to understand and implement gameplay
Gameplay is pretty solid, gacha rates are pretty absurd and not the best but that's usually the norm these days, still a great game nonetheless.
Gameplay: Not the worst, but also not the greatest, Characters run around the map, wait till you get enough points to choose a ult and use it correctly for the situation 6/10, Dialogue: Quiet funny and not boring to read most of the time 8/10. Characters: Unique, not just copy pasted personalities 10/10, waifu material: I cant say much to that ?/10. Bugfree: Opposite, and doesnt work if your phone is in german 1/10. Ghacha system: Rates? no idea, but to get the stuff for pulls, horrible 3/10.
The game is fun and well developed but why nexon feels the need to make the drops so low. For 2 and 3 stars recruit in about fifty i had 2 3 stars and about 15 1 stars. If they fix that the game would be more tolerable because now i feel ripped off
Genuinely ignore all the low star reviews complaining about "censorship". It's a bunch of grown men complaining over nothing. This game is genuinely fun with sweet characters and a really funny and touching bunch of stories. Even the complaints about translations being bad seem mostly unfounded.A few sentences here and there are a bit awkward, but for the most part I've found the jokes land and the conversations to be completely understandable through the main campaign and substories.
More of a like towards the game than love because is not much to do. There is campaign until you hit a wall, the arena until you hit a character/power meta, even with events happening near monthly, saving gems & not pulling a 3* in at least 100 pulls is infuriating since the "probability" is low. At least lower the exchange for 3* to thr 100 range so people can have a chance for characters. Logging in and doing events (if it is available) is all there is to basically do.
I'm sorry Blue Archive. Your characters are amazing. Your atmosphere is amazing. Your combat is pretty fun, but I can't support a game that has been butchered from localization and now uncalled for censorship that was promised would not happen. On top of that, the story does not deserve to be completely rewritten for "localization issues". While sneaky, that is also a form of censorship, and I have a feeling with that said, it was censored from the beginning. Will be uninstalling. 💔

The only gripe that I have is the amount of grinding you need to do. Not only for EXP to increase your students' LV, but also completing Missions to advance the story. It's a slow and tedious process unless you're planning to spend lots of Pyroxene to get more AP, which I wouldn't recommend doing so. Nevertheless, the game is overall good with its characters and story to keep you entertained and invested on what's more to come in the future.

Just watch the story on youtube, the gameplay is boring. PVP is all you're logging in for on the daily and its watching 2 bot teams you can not control or interact with at all be absolutely braindead for 10 minutes a day, the posted gacha rates are the lowest I've personally ever seen.
Before was just small game errors but as I play more I realise the gameplay itself had a big problem, the level designs. There's an attribute for every character and faction but the dungeons don't even have a change if enemies so it just cancels out the point of having attributes and factions.
The english translation is godawful, with bad memes littered throughout the dialogue. Nexon recently went ahead and decided to 180 on their original promise of putting out the same game as the original, and started censoring content. The gameplay has it's good moments, but it's not worth spending money on. Just go for the JP version if you can.
The drop rates are astonishing terrible, no need to even get started on the pity system. The gameplay is fun, OST is good, but the content is lacking. I don't see myself consistently playing this game in the long run; only as a way to waste time. JP is better than this
It's been over two weeks now, and I have to say this game is very fun. The game has a lot of content to offer at the very beginning, whether it's story related or doing mission stages, you'll never find yourself without nothing to do. The soundtrack is also absolutely great, which accompanys the satisfying gameplay. Surprisingly the game is free to play friendly, at your first week of playing you can easily save up 20,000 pyroxenes to use it at gacha; which rates are fair from myExperience
Could you fix download issue already? I admit the game is fun but download process is annoying as hell. It's force you to close the app whenever it's failed. Reconnect button doesn't work as well. Edit: What is wrong with your server? I can't even login. Give justice to Alice please
I really love so much about this game. The censorship stuff is not good but I can live with it. The problem I have is this game has one of the worst gachas I've ever used. It saddens me because fixing something like that would make it one of my favorite mobile games ever
I enjoy many aspects of the game and this is a good game especially for those who want to relax a bit and like looking at the cute girls with the cool animations, a bit of strategy involved so it's not pure p2w but players who pay will be incentivized, I don't feel like I have to pay tho, people giving 1 star because of censorship are dumb they just want to see a little girl half nude for no reason, there is no problem with that move Nexon and calling them liars for it is dumb, things happen.
When downloading the update , patch download always stop and forces the app to close error 80099. After 30mb of update download, error dialouge appears and stops the download Tried connecting to other isp but the same error re-occurs. Is there a solution for this at your side ??
Fun game, no complaints except for an instance of censorship, which they've addressed and promised not to do. Hopefully they stick to it. Premium currency is pretty overpriced, which may not be a bad thing since it causes me to never buy anything. They are generous with currency, giving away 10 pulls somewhat often.
Fun game that can be played casually. Has amazing and fun visuals, animations, characters, and stories with a great soundtrack to back it. Only main downsides is how RNG heavy the gameplay itself is. Especially with material drops and PvP. Awful mechanic where you could grind a level for mats as much as possible, but only end up getting a few of the needed mats or even none at all. Wish it was one guaranteed drop per run. Loading times upon launching the game could use some improvement too.
It's a shame when beaurocracy destroys a game's community the way it has. Music is phenomenal, game play loop is fun, gacha rates are definitely gacha rates, story is light hearted and upbeat, and the art and usage of the Live2d technology is nothing short of incredible. I don't care that the Global version got the "nerfed" content, it just feels bad supporting a company content with providing their customers with the inferior product. Imagine buying a GTR only to find it's a dressed up Altima
If you're reading the comments to see if whether playing is worth it or not it's actually up to you. People are giving low grades because the rng isn't fair which is actually funny. For me story wise is decent plus the game play. I do love the chibi styled character which makes it super cute. People said that it's paid to win but I think it's just that their rng suck and they are crying hard. Thank you
Pretty comfy game, just gotta optimize for crusty phones, other than that all is good, pretty decent gameplay, the story is... well its there, not sure how good it is but its there, great gun sound design and pretty nice art. If I didn't play Azur Lane so much maybe this would be my main gacha game.
Super cool game i haven't encountered any glitches and bugs but the game sometimes. Crashes but when i play it again its back to normal that's the only thing i encountered and plx add more mission im almost done with mission in campaign but super cool game keep up the good work
After playing it for awhile, I decided to change my review to 5 stars. Thought it would be another boring gacha game that plays itself, but the game play is actually fun! However, the one thing that shocked me the most is how good the story actually is. I started to get attached to the Abydos schoolgirls and the silly antics of Problem Solver never fails to put a smile on my face. Definitely give this game a shot, you won't regret it!
Neat mechanics, cute characters, fun story, Genshin-tier gacha rates, intense balance problems, and trash optimization. I guess it's Nexon, but come on. Rock Paper Scissors damage system where one is intentionally made scarce to force you to pay. Unplayable PvP unless you roll Haruna, Shun or Iori, and Hibiki - this is intentional. Unfortunately, people will still play in the hope Nexon fixes issues, but it's Nexon. Let's be realistic here. Just don't spend money. It's not worth it.
This is my last review after my reviews deleted again and again. Game have amazing BGM, art assets, good seiyuu, and interesting story. It doesn't take lots of time to play too, unlike some games that make itself as your second job. The twitter also responded properly instead of silent, during controversy. CONS: -Your game experiences will be different compared to superior Korea and Japan version. -Bribed google employee removing your bad reviews
Blue Archive Jeux de rôles mwj
It's a decent story game. The art is great. The writing is really fun. The stories are simple, silly and vaguely endearing. It's decently generous; you can guarantee a character every month or so, and the off banner rate is high. Gameplay is cute and competitive modes have really minor rewards. As of now, the reviews are low because of a censorship contraversy. You can google it for yourself. Obviously if they go harder on it, I'll drop this to a one star review.
